Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Department Manager located in Jaipur. The Department Manager will oversee daily operations within the department, manage and mentor team members, and ensure that sales and service goals are met. Responsibilities include coordinating with other departments, maintaining inventory levels, training staff, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Additionally, the Department Manager will monitor performance metrics and implement strategies to improve department efficiency.
Qualifications
- Management skills including team leadership, organization, and budget management
- Experience in sales and customer service
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Proficiency in retail software and inventory management systems
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
- Prior experience in electronics retail is a plus
