Job Summary

We are seeking an Electronics Design Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electronics design, with experience in requirements management, circuit design, analysis, implementation and testing of aerospace electronics products and printed circuit cards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate electronic component specifications and select components based on performance, cost and reliability criteria.
  • Design and develop analog and digital circuits using schematic capture tools.
  • Analyze circuit behavior for tolerance, power, thermal and worst-case conditions.
  • Collaborate with layout engineers to ensure efficient layout and proper signal integrity.
  • Perform board bring-up and testing to verify functionality and identify issues.
  • Conduct environmental testing to ensure compliance with relevant standards.
  • Maintain quality and program compliance throughout the development process.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
  • At least 7-8 years of experience in electronics design and development.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to analyze complex problems.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with EMI/EMC design and RF conducted and radiated emissions/susceptibility testing.
  • Knowledge of board design, EMI filter design, lightning analysis and component selection.
  • Able to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
