Job Title

A highly skilled Software Asset Manager is required to join our IT department.

The ideal candidate will design, configure and support Software Asset Management solutions.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Configure and customize ServiceNow SAM Pro modules for seamless integration with CMDB, ITSM and procurement systems.
  • Automate license tracking, reconciliation and reporting to optimize software asset management.
  • Evaluate and implement cost optimization initiatives to minimize financial risks associated with software licensing.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver actionable insights and dashboards to inform strategic decisions.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of IT experience with 4+ years in SAM development.

Key skills and qualifications include:

  • Hands-on expertise in ServiceNow SAM Pro development.
  • Familiarity with ITIL & ITAM frameworks.
  • Strong reporting, scripting and integration skills.
