We are looking for a highly skilled professional to manage software assets.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in ServiceNow SAM Pro and be responsible for designing, configuring, and supporting Software Asset Management solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure and customize ServiceNow SAM Pro modules to ensure seamless integration with CMDB, ITSM, and procurement systems.
  • Automate license tracking, reconciliation, and reporting to maintain compliance with software vendor license models.
  • Support audits, renewals, and optimization activities to drive cost savings and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver actionable SAM insights and dashboards that inform business decisions.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of IT experience, 4+ years in SAM development.
  • Strong hands-on expertise in ServiceNow SAM Pro development, including license compliance, vendor audits, and cost optimization.
  • Familiarity with ITIL & ITAM frameworks and strong reporting, scripting, and integration skills.

Certifications:

  • ServiceNow SAM, ITIL, CSAM
