Highly Skilled Software Asset Management Professional

This role will be responsible for designing, configuring, and supporting software asset management solutions to align with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:- Configure and customize ServiceNow SAM Pro modules to ensure seamless integration.
- Integrate SAM with CMDB, ITSM, and procurement systems to facilitate efficient operations.
- Automate license tracking, reconciliation, and reporting processes to enhance decision-making.
- Evaluate compliance with software vendor license models to minimize risks.
- Support audits, renewals, and optimization activities to maximize ROI.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver insightful reports and dashboards that drive business outcomes.
- Minimum 7 years of IT experience, with at least 4 years in software asset management development.
- Strong hands-on expertise in ServiceNow SAM Pro development, including scripting and integration skills.
- Experience with license compliance, vendor audits, and cost optimization strategies.
- Familiarity with ITIL & ITAM frameworks to ensure best practices are followed.
