Job Summary

">Key Responsibilities:
  • Server Management:
    • Install, configure, and maintain server hardware and software.
    • Deep understanding of server hardware, operating systems, networking protocols, virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V).
  • Network Configuration:
    • Manage network settings, including DNS, DHCP, and WINS.
    • Ensure smooth communication between servers and other network devices such as firewalls, switches, routers, and Manage ISP leased lines.
  • Performance Optimization:
    • Monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions to improve efficiency and reliability.
  • Troubleshooting and Support:
    • Diagnose and resolve server-related issues, including hardware failures, software conflicts, and security vulnerabilities.
  • Documentation:
    • Create and maintain documentation for server configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps.
    • Manage asset inventory.
  • Vendor management:
    • Having knowledge about Okta, Crowdstrike, and Google management.

Requirements

Technical Skills:

• Server hardware and software installation, configuration, and maintenance.

• Operating Systems like Windows Server, Linux, and macOS.

• Networking protocols, virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V)

• Network settings including DNS, DHCP, and WINS.

• Knowledge about Okta, Crowdstrike, and Google management.
