Accountant Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Accountant to join our team in Mumbai, India.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Perform data entry tasks, prepare and assist in day-to-day operations in accounting, including managing and maintaining full sets of accounting books.
    • Reconcile bank statements, monitor cash books, and resolve any discrepancies.
  • Financial Reporting:
    • Prepare monthly profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
    • Ensure compliance with tax regulations and assist in the preparation of tax returns and GST returns.
  • Support Services:
    • Assist in preparing documentations to support external and internal audits.
    • Perform ad-hoc analysis and tasks as assigned by immediate superiors.

Requirements:

Experience:

  • Mid-level candidates with a minimum of 3 years of relevant accounting working experience.

Skill Requirements:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Word and Excel.
  • Experience in SAP, Xero, Tally accounting software preferred.

Educational Qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or other professional accounting qualification.
  • Working knowledge of FRS / IFRS standards.

  • Willingness to learn and adapt.
  • Be meticulous, organized with high attention to details.
