Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced trainer to lead our training programs in Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) methods. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of various NDT techniques, including Visual Testing (VT), Magnetic Particle Testing (MT), Radiography (RT), and others.

As a trainer, you will be responsible for developing and delivering comprehensive training programs that cover all aspects of NDT. This includes creating and updating learning materials, conducting classroom sessions, providing hands-on training with NDT equipment, and evaluating trainee performance.

You will also be responsible for maintaining and calibrating NDT equipment, as well as managing training specimens and test samples. Additionally, you will engage in continuous professional development to stay updated on advancements in NDT technology and industry standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong knowledge of NDT methods, including VT, MT, RT, ET, PAUT, TOFD, and other relevant techniques.
  • Experience in training and development, with a focus on adult education and vocational training.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to deliver complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment, with a focus on collaboration and mutual support.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
