Training and Development Leadership Position

This role involves leading the training initiatives across multiple outlets, ensuring that all teams receive comprehensive training on food, beverages, and liquor service standards.

About the Role:

  • Develop and implement structured training programs for front-of-house and back-of-house teams.
  • Standardize operational training across all outlets to maintain brand consistency.
  • Conduct regular training sessions for managers, chefs, bartenders, and service staff.
  • Monitor performance and assess the effectiveness of training programs.
  • Collaborate with HR and Operations teams to identify training needs.

Key Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven experience in F&B training (restaurant, lounge, bar, or hospitality industry).
  • Strong knowledge of food, cocktails, wines, and liquor service standards.
  • Expertise in creating training modules, SOPs, and skill assessments.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to travel frequently across outlets for training sessions.
