Training Strategy Developer

We are looking for a seasoned leader to develop our organizational training strategy, oversee its implementation and assess its outcomes. The successful candidate will identify training needs and drive suitable initiatives that build employee loyalty.

This role involves:

  • Conducting Training Needs Analysis
  • Monthly Performance and Knowledge Transfer (PKT) sessions
  • New Hire and Refresher Sessions to enhance staff knowledge and skills
  • Recording exceptions, managing the Update Management Tracker and proposing corrective actions
  • Work on Root Cause Analyses for errors and coach staff members regularly

The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical, communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
