Job Title: AI Automation Expert

We're committed to integrating AI to drive operational efficiency and innovation across departments.

  • The ideal candidate will lead the design, development, and deployment of intelligent agents using Microsoft Co-Pilot.
  • This role will streamline workflows, enhance training, improve documentation access, and simulate real-world scenarios for role-based development and performance.

This expert will play a key role in building and scaling our enterprise AI capabilities over time, collaborating cross-functionally with department leads to understand needs and identify opportunities.

The successful candidate will have strong problem-solving and communication skills, experience working with Microsoft Co-Pilot, and a background in working with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deploy AI agents tailored to departmental needs.
  • Automate business processes and knowledge access through intelligent workflows and training support tools.
  • Develop role-play simulations and interactive tools to assist in job-specific performance enhancement.
  • Create a scalable and sustainable framework for AI adoption.
