Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced 
Enterprise Sales Manager
 with a proven track record in selling 
CCaaS, CPaaS, UCaaS, or large-scale contact center solutions
 to high call-volume industries such as 
BFSI, Retail, Healthcare, and Telecom
. The ideal candidate will bring deep industry relationships, consultative selling skills, and the ability to close complex, high-value deals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and target 
    enterprise prospects
     across BFSI, Retail, Healthcare, and other high call-volume verticals.
  • Drive 
    end-to-end sales cycles
    : prospecting, solution mapping, proposal creation, negotiations, and closure.
  • Leverage existing network to open doors to CXOs, CTOs, CIOs, and Heads of Contact Centers.
  • Develop and execute 
    account-based sales strategies
     for both direct enterprise clients and partner-driven sales.
  • Build and maintain strategic alliances with 
    CCaaS / CPaaS vendors, system integrators, and telecom partners
    .
  • Collaborate with internal product and engineering teams to create tailored solutions for enterprise needs.
  • Represent Zudu AI at 
    industry events, exhibitions, and client demos
    .
  • Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.

Key Requirements

  • 5–10+ years
     of enterprise sales experience in 
    CCaaS, CPaaS, UCaaS, or AI contact center solutions
    .
  • Strong track record of 
    closing high-value enterprise deals
     (₹50L+ ARR or USD $100k+).
  • Proven relationships with decision-makers in 
    BFSI, Retail, Healthcare, and Telecom
    .
  • Deep understanding of 
    cloud communications, voice automation, APIs, and AI-powered CX
    .
  • Experience in 
    solution selling
     to IT, operations, and CX leaders.
  • Ability to handle 
    long-cycle, consultative B2B sales
    .
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Based in India, with willingness to travel for enterprise meetings.

Preferred Backgrounds

  • Worked at 
    CCaaS vendors
     (Genesys, NICE, Avaya, Cisco Webex, Talkdesk, Ameyo/Exotel, 8×8, Servion).
  • Worked at 
    CPaaS vendors
     (Tata Communications, Route Mobile, Tanla Platforms, Plivo, Kaleyra, Knowlarity, Gupshup).
  • Familiarity with AI conversational platforms or cloud telephony integrations.
