About the Role

The Training Officer is a pivotal position within our organization. This individual plays a crucial role in ensuring that new hires receive comprehensive training and support to excel in their roles.

This involves conducting training sessions on soft skills, negotiation skills, and other essential areas. The Training Officer must be adept at creating engaging and informative content, as well as facilitating effective learning experiences for all participants.

  • New Hire Training: Conducting thorough training sessions to equip new hires with the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed in their roles.
  • Soft Skills/Negotiation Skill Training: Delivering expert training on soft skills and negotiation techniques to enhance employees' overall performance.
  • Process Refreshers: Providing regular updates on processes and procedures to ensure employees are always up-to-date with the latest information.
  • Escalation Calls: Handling complex customer queries and providing timely solutions to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Attrition Management: Identifying and addressing potential issues that may lead to employee turnover, and implementing strategies to improve retention rates.

In addition to these responsibilities, the Training Officer will also be accountable for monitoring calls across teams, nominating floorwalkers, and conducting process refreshers. They will work closely with the Quality and Operations teams to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You should also have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as experience with MS Excel.
