Staff Technical Program Manager

We are seeking an experienced Staff Technical Program Manager to lead high-priority, high-profile programs and work closely with engineering and product leaders to drive critical initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have a solid track record of program management, excellent technical, leadership, organizational, and communication skills, and the ability to build strong partnerships with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage large, complex programs from start to finish
  • Develop and execute detailed plans with key milestones and goals
  • Identify and mitigate risks, solve for dependencies, and remove impediments
  • Drive teams and individuals in planning and executing roadmaps, releases, and work backlogs
  • Ensure cross-team alignment on goals, priorities, roadmap, schedules, communications, and releases
Qualifications:
  • 8+ years of full-time technical program management experience within an engineering or technical team
  • B.S./B.A. degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience
  • Demonstrated success managing multiple major and concurrent projects/programs
  • Excellent technical, leadership, organizational, and communication skills
