Program Management Leader

We're seeking a skilled Program Management Leader to drive success in our high-growth global programs. Key Responsibilities:

  • Orchestrate program success by aligning resources, managing budgets, and ensuring timely delivery
  • Be the customer's champion, delivering business plans that meet or exceed quality and timeline expectations
  • Anticipate and mitigate roadblocks, clearing the path forward for successful program execution
  • Drive performance and growth, owning business reviews, reporting, invoicing, and payment flows

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you'll need at least 18 years of battle-tested experience in EMS (Electronics Manufacturing Services), with a proven track record of delivering results-driven solutions. You should be an inspiring leader who can break silos and build alliances, driving collaboration across teams to achieve shared goals.
