Senior Program Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Program Lead to oversee and manage multiple projects within our organization.

The ideal candidate will have a solid background in project management, strong leadership abilities, and proficiency in German.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead program planning sessions.
  • Coordinate staff and internal resources.
  • Manage program progress and adapt work as required.
  • Ensure programs meet deadlines.
  • Manage relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Oversee all incoming and outgoing program documentation.
  • Conduct program review and create detailed reports for executive staff.
  • Optimize and improve processes and the overall approach where necessary.
  • Secure growth opportunities and initiate new programs.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Management, or related field.
  • 8-11 years of project management experience.
  • Proficiency in German
  • Strong understanding of formal project management methodologies.
  • Experience in managing medium to large projects.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • PMP or PRINCE2 certification is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with project management software tools.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
