Debt Syndication Manager Position

We are seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead our debt syndication initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in facilitating collaboration between financial institutions, overseeing loan documentation, and crafting bespoke debt solutions.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead the entire debt syndication process, encompassing structuring, preparing, presenting, and negotiating loan proposals with banks and financial institutions.
  • Provide guidance to clients on accessing funding through government schemes for SMEs/MSMEs, ensuring optimal benefit utilization.
  • Maintain strong relationships with banks, NBFCs, financial institutions, and rating agencies to facilitate approvals and successful deal closures.
  • Oversee preparation, review, and submission of loan documentation, ensuring adherence to all banking, RBI, and regulatory requirements.
  • Stay abreast of financial products, government incentives, lending policies, and interest rate trends to offer clients informed borrowing strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to gather necessary financial data, business projections, and supporting documents for proposals.
  • Pursue opportunities to expand and strengthen relationships with lenders, government agencies, and ecosystem partners to access diverse financing options.

Requirements & Qualifications:

A CA or Bachelor's/Master's degree in finance, Commerce, combined with 5-6 years of experience in debt syndication, corporate finance, or banking is required.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully syndicating loans and managing end-to-end financing transactions, as well as strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
