Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Vice President, Finance to join our team. As a critical member of the leadership group, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our company's financial strategy.

You will work closely with various teams to build a robust finance function that meets regulatory requirements and supports business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute financial plans, budgets, and forecasts.
  • Manage regulatory reporting and ensure compliance with relevant frameworks.
  • Design and implement internal controls, accounting policies, and financial processes aligned with industry standards.
  • Lead periodic audits and serve as the primary point of contact for auditors.
  • Collaborate with compliance and legal teams on AML, KYC, tax, and regulatory filings.
  • Design crypto-specific financial reporting models and lead treasury operations.
  • Evaluate financial and operational risks and provide strategic insights to support decision-making.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • Over 10 years of progressive finance experience, including at least 3–5 years in fintech or payments companies.
  • A strong understanding of crypto markets, blockchain transactions, digital asset accounting, and custody mechanisms.
  • Demonstrated experience managing statutory and regulatory audits and collaborating with tier 1 audit firms.
  • Profound knowledge of financial controls, risk management, and treasury operations within a dynamic environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively engage with external regulators, partners, and internal teams.

The following qualifications would be beneficial:

  • Experience with Crypto payment or infrastructure space.
  • Familiarity with multi-jurisdictional licensing (e.g., DIFC, MAS, EU MiCA, etc.).
