Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Team Leader at our Rajkot location. The Team Leader will be responsible for supervising and guiding a team, ensuring all team members are performing efficiently and achieving their targets. Day-to-day tasks include managing team operations, setting and tracking performance goals, providing feedback, and facilitating team meetings. The role involves coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and problem-solving any team-related issues.
Qualifications
- Leadership and team management skills, including setting goals and mentoring
- Experience in asset finance or the NBFC industry
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in using relevant software and technology tools
- Ability to work independently and make informed decisions
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field is preferred
- Experience in a supervisory role is a plus
