Job Title: Quality Analyst

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quality Analyst to join our team at 2coms. As a Quality Analyst, you will play a critical role in driving process excellence initiatives and leading improvement projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support process excellence initiatives and lead improvement projects to drive efficiency and effectiveness in business processes.
  • Benchmark and deploy best practices across accounts to ensure process profitability.
  • Identify process gaps and improvement opportunities, proactively addressing potential customer dissatisfaction and CSAT risks.
  • Collaborate with customers and operations leadership to identify and drive improvement opportunities to closure.
  • Lead projects aimed at improving and maintaining process profitability.
  • Ensure governance for Quality/Process Excellence initiatives in large engagements, driving a culture of process improvement through Six Sigma, Lean, and Kaizen methodologies.
  • Standardize practices and ensure strict compliance with internal and client-defined processes.
  • Meet and exceed all process metrics.
  • Lead consulting assignments and deliver business value to customers through quality initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Proven ability to work in cross-functional teams and drive change within processes.
  • Demonstrated experience in the outsourcing/offshoring industry or related fields.
  • Strong background in managing Quality/Process Excellence initiatives for large engagements.
  • Project management experience in Six Sigma and Lean projects, with hands-on experience in transformational programs involving process reengineering, analytics, and automation.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to manage both internal stakeholders and clients effectively.

Knowledge and Qualifications:

  • Experience in high-impact transformation projects involving technology and process re-engineering.
  • Familiarity with process excellence tools and machine learning programming is an added advantage.

Educational Qualifications:

  • Graduate or Postgraduate.
  • Certified Green Belt (mandatory), with a preference for candidates trained as Black Belt.
  • Trained Lean Practitioner.
