Project Coordination Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Project Coordinator to support planning, execution, and delivery of cross-functional projects. This role involves assisting in coordinating internal projects across engineering, operations, and R&D teams.

The ideal candidate will have a basic understanding of project management principles, including Agile and Scrum methodologies. They should be proficient in spreadsheet software, such as Excel or Google Sheets, and have strong communication and multitasking skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in planning and coordinating internal projects.
  • Track progress, deadlines, deliverables, and risks associated with various projects.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project milestones.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, timelines, and reports.
  • Organize meetings and prepare meeting minutes.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Pursuing or recently completed Bachelor's/Master's degree in Engineering, Business, Energy, or a related field.
  • Basic knowledge of project management principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in spreadsheet software, such as Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Strong communication and multitasking skills.
Desirable Skills:
  • Knowledge of Gantt charts or scheduling tools can be beneficial.
  • Previous internship or academic experience in startups or engineering projects is highly valued.
  • Project management certifications, such as CAPM or PMP, are also desirable.
