Salary
We offer a highly competitive salary for this role, with an estimated annual compensation of $250,000 - $350,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
Job Description
As a Business Partner within our Human Capital Management division, you will play a critical role in executing our people development processes, including leadership pipeline reviews, performance management, and promotions. You will work closely with our Business Partner team to ensure effective delivery of talent management initiatives across the firm.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Execute against all people development processes, including leadership pipeline reviews, performance management, and promotions.
2. Analyze large datasets to interpret and report results to various audiences.
3. Partner with functional HCM colleagues to ensure effective delivery of recruiting, training, global mobility, and employee relations issues.
4. Process divisional transactions in Oracle, including transfers (domestic & international) and terminations.
Required Skills and Qualifications
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
1. Bachelor's degree and 15+ years of experience.
2. Highly organized, attention to detail, and excellent follow-through required.
3. Demonstrated client service focus and ability to build relationships successfully.
4. Analytical mindset and technical skillset – excellent quantitative skills, data analysis, and problem-solving skills.
5. Flexibility to work across a diverse range of projects with different stakeholders (HCM and other divisional teams across the firm's global offices).
6. Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and think clearly under pressure.
7. Self-motivated and able to work in an autonomous, yet collaborative environment.
8. Strong verbal and written communication skills, as well as strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
9. Commitment to excellence and a high level of integrity.
