The Sales Manager will oversee the growth of the sales pipeline, lead a team of experienced professionals, and ensure the successful achievement of sales targets related to business loan products.
- Lead, train, and manage a team to achieve sales targets.
- Develop sales strategies and expand business through DSAs.
- Monitor team performance and provide coaching for improvement.
- Recruit and onboard new DSA/DST members.
- Build relationships with existing clients and DSAs to foster loyalty.
- Report on sales performance and make recommendations for growth.
- Ensure timely loan processing and customer satisfaction.
- Team Leadership: Lead, train, and manage a team of DSAs/DSTs to achieve sales targets.
- Sales Strategy Development: Develop sales strategies and expand business through DSAs.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor team performance and provide coaching for improvement.
- Talent Acquisition: Recruit and onboard new DSA/DST members.
- Client Relationships: Build relationships with existing clients and DSAs to foster loyalty.
- Reporting and Analysis: Report on sales performance and make recommendations for growth.
- Customer Satisfaction: Ensure timely loan processing and customer satisfaction.
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience: With a focus on Personal Loan or similar products.
- Proven experience managing DSA/DST: Strong knowledge of loan products and sales processes.
- Preferred candidate profile: Sales Manager with Business Loans Experience. Or Any Product with DSA/DST experience.
This role requires a strong understanding of loan products, DSA operations, and sales processes. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales leadership and be able to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
