Lead Data Analytics Strategist

We seek a seasoned professional to spearhead our data science team and drive business growth through informed decision-making.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership skills, a strong background in statistical analysis, and the ability to effectively communicate complex insights to stakeholders.

The role entails:

  • Developing and implementing advanced analytics techniques to address business challenges.
  • Defining, developing, and maintaining data models and tools to support business operations.
  • Communicating findings through compelling visualizations and presentations.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes.
  • Providing innovative solutions for tasks such as object detection, natural language processing, and sentiment analysis.
  • Building and leading a high-performing data science team.
  • Applying agile methodologies to deliver project milestones on time.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Machine Learning, Statistics, or a related field.
  • At least 6 years of experience in a related position, including 3 years as a data scientist or business analyst.
  • Advanced knowledge of machine learning algorithms, deep learning frameworks, and programming languages such as Python, R, or C++.
  • Strong individual planning and project management skills, able to manage multiple tasks and priorities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of delivering successful analytics projects.
  • Experience working with diverse data sources and formats.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
