Job Title: Data Analyst - Business Intelligence

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Data Analyst to join our Business Intelligence team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for analyzing complex data sets, identifying trends and patterns, and providing actionable insights to support business decision-making.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, experience with BI tools such as Tableau, and excellent communication skills to effectively present findings to stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using BI tools
  • Analyze sales trends, market performance, and customer behavior to identify opportunities and risks
  • Provide insights to support strategic decision-making for marketing campaigns, product launches, and portfolio management
  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security by collaborating with IT and data engineering teams
  • Manage large datasets from internal and external sources, including CRM systems, market intelligence platforms, and supply chain databases

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in business intelligence or data analytics
  • Proficiency in BI tools (Tableau, PowerBI) and advanced Excel skills
  • Strong SQL and data modeling capabilities; experience with Python or R is a plus
  • Solid understanding of pharmaceutical market dynamics, including knowledge of pharma market data sources such as IQVIA, IMS Health, or Symphony Health
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex data insights to non-technical audiences
