Job Title: Web Data Analyst
About this role:
Our organization is seeking a skilled and data-driven individual to lead the end-to-end tracking and analytics setup for our web platform.
- Design and implement a robust tracking and measurement plan aligned with platform architecture and business objectives.
- Configure and maintain tracking infrastructure using Google Tag Manager (GTM), Mixpanel, and OneTrust Consent Platform.
- Define and implement event tracking, user flow analysis, and conversion tracking.
- Build custom dashboards and reports to monitor site performance and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Key responsibilities include:
- Track critical user behaviors including navigation patterns, feature engagement, and drop-off points.
- Optimize tracking for multi-step conversion funnels.
- Implement A/B testing and user segmentation strategies to evaluate and enhance performance.
- Ensure tracking accuracy through testing and debugging of event implementations.
Required skills and qualifications:
- Proven experience in web analytics and tracking implementation.
- Hands-on expertise with GTM, Mixpanel, and consent management platforms.
- Strong understanding of event-based analytics, conversion funnels, and A/B testing methodologies.
