Job Opportunity:
Regional Business Development Manager- Primary Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a sales team to drive business growth across assigned regions.
- Build strategic partnerships with financial institutions to expand product offerings and services.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to improve market share and identify new business opportunities.
- Ensure effective staff skill development through regular training and performance evaluations.
- Manage operational costs and optimize resources to maintain profitability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve compliance, audit, and customer service issues.
- Implement best practices and develop company-wide strategies to ensure integrity and strict compliance.
Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in a similar role within a NBFC, NBFC MFI, SFB, or Bank.
- At least 5 years of leadership experience with a proven track record of success.
- Familiarity with the business correspondent model and working with top lending institutions.
Key Skills:
- Strategic relationship management and portfolio optimization.
- Business sourcing and credit underwriting expertise.
- Knowledge of critical attributes of legal and governance requirements.
- Technology acumen and automation skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
