The Branch Manager will oversee the daily operations of our sales branches, ensuring that team members are equipped to meet their objectives. They will be responsible for managing resources, implementing strategies, and driving growth.
- Meet Sales Targets: The Branch Manager will work closely with teams to ensure that they are meeting their sales targets, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies to boost performance.
- Team Management: They will be responsible for hiring, training, and mentoring team members, as well as coaching them to achieve their full potential.
- Resource Allocation: The Branch Manager will allocate resources effectively, ensuring that the right people are in the right place at the right time to achieve business objectives.
- Strategic Planning: They will develop and implement strategic plans to drive growth, identify new opportunities, and mitigate risks.
- Performance Monitoring: The Branch Manager will monitor team performance regularly, providing feedback and coaching to help them improve.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in FMCG Retail sales or a related field.
- MBA (Full-time mandatory).
- Language skills: Tamil, English, Hindi.
- Area handling: Entire Chennai city.
- Team handling experience: 2-3 years minimum.
