Improve Business Performance with a Senior Management Role

This position involves leading initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, quality, and performance across key business functions. As a senior manager, you will work closely with various teams to design and implement frameworks for process improvement, performance management, and strategic transformation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and drive business excellence strategies to boost operational efficiency, client delivery, and employee experience.
  • Lead process re-engineering and optimization initiatives across digital marketing verticals (media, creative, data, content).
  • Implement quality and governance frameworks (SOPs, KPIs, audits, compliance) to ensure consistent performance.
  • Collaborate with delivery, finance, HR, and tech teams to identify gaps, reduce costs, and enhance productivity.
  • Use Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies to implement continuous improvement.
  • Lead change management initiatives and drive adoption of new tools and processes.
  • Provide data-driven insights and dashboards to leadership for decision-making.
  • Drive key strategic projects like automation, workflow digitization, shared service models, or integration post-acquisition.
  • Mentor and coach junior team members in business excellence practices.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in business excellence, strategy, or operations, preferably in digital marketing, media, consulting, or tech-enabled services.
  • Proven track record of leading transformation initiatives across functions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau).
  • Certification in Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt or Black Belt preferred).
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills; ability to influence senior leadership.
  • Experience working in a matrix, fast-paced, client-facing organization.
  • Exposure to digital/advertising/creative/media agency processes is a plus.
