Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced SAP HCM Process Lead to drive business transformation and growth. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of SAP and industry processes, with the ability to lead large-scale transformation initiatives and deliver business value.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead SAP adoption initiatives in the context of digital transformation, working with customers to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Develop and execute solution strategies, working with account teams, sales, and partners to shape deals and meet client priorities.
  • Defend developed solutions and offerings internally, and plan and present solutions in client meetings and workshops.
  • Interact with customers to understand requirements, propose solutions, and drive innovation and transformation agendas.
  • Support and guide solutions and offerings in the Capability (COE), and provide expert support to various projects and delivery engagements.
  • Drive performance evaluation, feedback, and correction processes, and guide, develop, and mentor a team of consultants/SMEs.

Requirements

  • 15-20 years of SAP Solution and Delivery experience, with functional background in HCM.
  • Excellent knowledge of S/4HANA HCM - OM, PA, Payroll, Compensation & Benefits, CATS.
  • Experience in implementing Successfactors - Employee Central, Learning & Development, Performance management, Recruitment.
  • Global implementation experience, including template design/build, global rollout.
  • Knowledge and experience of working in agile ways of working for design and build.
  • Expert understanding of overall process of Greenfield/Brownfield (System Conversion)/Architecture, Configuration, management, and day-to-day operation of SAP S/4HANA environment.
  • Experience in integrating SAP ERP solutions with other SAP & Non-SAP solutions in respective process area.

Preferred Skills

  • Understanding of how business works, and ability to articulate in business language.
  • Very good understanding of the competitive landscape in SAP/enterprise space, partner ecosystem.
  • SAP S/4HANA Certification(s), in core areas preferred.
  • Experience in a multi-cultural, multi-location distributed global delivery setup.
  • Excellent communication skill in verbal and written English.
  • Very good capabilities and experience in people management and stakeholder management.
  • Experience in representing the practice/organization in industry events/forums.
