Organisation One of the leading retail solutions provider organisation in India Role Lead Business Transformation Location Navi Mumbai Experience 14 - 16 Years Job Responsibilities Project Leadership Lead and manage end-to-end retail technology integration projects from initiation to closure Single Point of Contact SPOC Act as the primary point of contact for all project-related communications ensuring clear and consistent messaging to stakeholders Business Acumen Apply deep understanding of the retail industry to translate business needs into technical requirements and ensure solutions align with strategic goals Technology Integration Oversee the integration of various retail technologies e g POS systems inventory management e-commerce platforms CRM into existing systems Project Planning Develop detailed project plans including scope objectives timelines budgets and resource allocation Stakeholder Management Collaborate with various departments e g Sales Marketing Operations IT and external vendors to ensure project alignment and successful execution Risk Management Identify assess and mitigate project risks developing contingency plans as necessary Resource Management Acquire and manage project resources human financial and technological ensuring optimal utilization Progress Tracking Monitor project progress track key milestones and provide regular updates to stakeholders Documentation Maintain comprehensive project documentation including plans reports and meeting minutes Quality Assurance Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and business requirements Qualifications Education Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Information Technology or a related field Master s degree preferred Experience Minimum of 14 - 16 years of experience in project management preferably in the retail industry with a strong focus on technology integration Retail Industry Knowledge In-depth understanding of retail operations processes and challenges Technical Proficiency Solid understanding of retail technologies POS inventory systems e-commerce CRM etc Project Management Skills Proven ability to manage complex projects using methodologies like Agile Scrum or Waterfall Communication Skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact with Technical and Non-technical Stakeholders to address project issues effectively Leadership Skills Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience in leading project teams Preferred Certification Project Management Professional PMP certification Experience with data analytics and reporting in a retail environment Knowledge of emerging retail technology trends AI IoT etc
