Job Overview

We are seeking a Logistics Delivery Professional to join our team. As a key member of our delivery operations, you will be responsible for ensuring timely and safe delivery of food orders to customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Packaging and Dispatch: Assist in order packaging and ensure proper handling before dispatch. Coordinate with food aggregators and their delivery partners for smooth pick-up.
  • Direct Delivery Execution: Deliver food orders directly to customers using your own two-wheeler. Ensure timely and safe delivery using knowledge of local routes.
  • Hygiene and Grooming Standards: Maintain personal hygiene and follow company SOPs related to hygiene and food safety.
  • Customer Interaction: Represent the brand positively with polite and professional behavior. Ensure a seamless delivery experience at every customer touchpoint.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Must Own a Two-Wheeler with a Valid Driving License
  • Good Knowledge of Local Routes and Areas
  • Physically Fit, Dependable, Punctual, and Well-Groomed
  • Open to Working in Break Shifts
  • Prior Experience in Food Delivery or Kitchen Dispatch is a Plus
