About the Role:

The Logistics Executive will be responsible for managing end-to-end logistics operations, ensuring smooth order processing, timely shipping, and accurate reporting. The role involves close coordination with partners, couriers, and internal teams to ensure service-level adherence and efficient issue resolution.

Key Responsibilities:

PO & Order Management

  • Share daily purchase orders with partners and ensure timely acknowledgment.
  • Escalate any delays in order processing to relevant stakeholders.

Order Tracking & Status Updates

  • Monitor daily order movement and resolve last-mile delivery issues.
  • Maintain and update order dashboards and MIS reports.

Courier Coordination

  • Coordinate with courier partners for pickups and deliveries.
  • Resolve delivery-related issues such as delays, POD (Proof of Delivery), and RTO (Return to Origin).

Self-Ship Partner Management

  • Follow up with self-ship partners for timely shipping and status updates.
  • Escalate delays or non-updates to the Category Team.

Escalation & Penalty Management

  • Apply penalties for delayed order processing as per policy.
  • Report SLA (Service Level Agreement) violations by courier partners.

Finance & Vendor Coordination

  • Coordinate with the Finance Team for vendor payments, penalties, and reconciliations.
  • Share operational concerns impacting finance.

Customer Service Support

  • Address courier-related queries raised by Customer Service.
  • Provide delivery status updates and POD as required.

Reporting & MIS

  • Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
  • Share reports on pending, delayed, and cancelled orders with management.

Qualification & Skills required:

  • Experience:
    6 months – 2 years in logistics, supply chain, or operations..
  • Knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets, and MIS reporting.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and resolve operational issues quickly.
  • Familiarity with courier processes, order tracking systems, or ERP tools is an added advantage.
