Shift Timing: Night Shift (US Shift)

Work Days: Monday to Friday (Weekends Off)

About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven International Sales Executive to join our US freight brokerage operations. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of the logistics or transportation industry. This is a night shift role based in Gurugram, focused on generating and closing sales with US-based clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the US freight brokerage market.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with carriers, shippers, and clients.
  • Make outbound calls/emails to prospects and follow up on leads.
  • Negotiate rates and close deals with customers.
  • Coordinate with operations teams to ensure smooth freight movement.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Maintain CRM/database with accurate customer information and sales activity.
  • Stay updated with market trends and competitor activities in the US logistics sector.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Education: Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
  • Experience: 1–3 years in international sales, freight brokerage, logistics, or a US voice process.
  • Communication: Exceptional spoken and written English is mandatory.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure.
  • Willingness to work in night shift (US hours).
