Job Role: QuickBooks Sales Executive

Location: Sector 18, Gurugram

Working Timing Window: Night Shift (6:00 PM to 6:00 AM) (9 hours shift)

Working Days: 5 Days/Week | Fixed Weekly Off

Process: International Voice Process (US Sales – QuickBooks)

Experience Needed: Minimum 3 Years in international sales

Call Type: Inbound & Outbound

Salary (In-hand): ₹30,000 – ₹50,000 (based on experience)

Salary Date: 1st of Every Month

Other Allowances: Cab Facility & Meal Facility

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with US-based clients via phone to pitch, upsell, and close QuickBooks-related products and services.
  • Understand client needs and recommend tailored QuickBooks solutions.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to post-sale follow-up.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and customer interactions in CRM.
  • Consistently achieve or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in international voice-based sales (preferably US market).
  • Strong working knowledge of QuickBooks or other accounting software.
  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
  • Prior experience in BPO/KPO sales process highly preferred.
