Role Overview:
We are hiring an experienced Logistics Manager to oversee end-to-end logistics operations with a strong focus on ocean logistics, freight forwarders, and CHA coordination. The role requires excellent knowledge of international shipping, documentation, container booking, and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end shipment operations with shipping lines, CHAs, and freight forwarders.
- Issue and coordinate MBL/HBL and ensure timely BL release.
- Handle container bookings, loading plans, and global shipment documentation (AMS, ISF, ACI, AFR).
- Liaise with overseas agents, transporters, and regulatory authorities for smooth clearance and delivery.
- Drive efficiency in freight negotiation, vendor payments, and shipment tracking.
- Lead and mentor the logistics team to ensure operational excellence.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field (Master's preferred).
- 7+ years of experience in logistics with strong exposure to CHA, freight forwarding, and ocean logistics.
- Deep knowledge of international shipping processes and customs regulations.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel) and logistics tools.
