Our Treasury Operations team is seeking a skilled professional to manage margin calls, collateral management, and collateral interest calculations.

This role involves performing cash and position reconciliations across multiple products and platforms, as well as executing and monitoring internal transfers to ensure timely and accurate settlements.

Responsibilities also include overseeing payment processing and SWIFT transactions, ensuring compliance and accuracy, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to resolve discrepancies, supporting KYC documentation and compliance processes, and providing support in FX transactions and related treasury operations.

Additionally, the successful candidate will identify process gaps and contribute to efficiency improvements within the cash management function.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field, and 3–4 years of relevant experience in cash management, treasury, or derivatives operations.

A strong understanding of margin models, collateral management, and reconciliations is required, along with knowledge of financial products – derivatives (futures, forwards, options, swaps), FX, and related instruments.

Hands-on experience with payment systems, SWIFT, and settlement processes is essential, as well as exposure to KYC requirements and compliance frameworks.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail are necessary, along with proficiency in MS Excel and other financial tools; familiarity with treasury/settlement systems is an advantage.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are also required.
