Job Opportunity:
\As a seasoned Stock Broking professional, you will lead our sales team in driving business growth and expansion. Your expertise in team management, client relationship building, and market development will be instrumental in achieving our company's goals.
\Key Responsibilities:

- Manage a team of sales professionals to achieve revenue targets and expand our customer base.\
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and business partners to drive referrals and new business opportunities.\
- Identify and tap into new market segments to increase revenue and market share.\
- Develop and implement marketing plans to acquire new customers and retain existing ones.\
- Monitor and execute business plans to ensure successful achievement of targets.\
- Guide and train sales teams to accomplish set targets.\
- Maintain excellent relations with key clients and business groups to generate referrals and build avenues for additional business.\
- Channel Management - Enable business growth by developing and managing a network of business Partners across assigned region.\
- Ensure maximum brand visibility and capture optimum market share.\
- Skillset:
- Graduate or Post graduate in with minimum 7 Years plus of experience in managing Stock Broking business (B2B Vertical).\
- Experience in handling / managing teams (Sales / Business Development / Support).\
- Great interpersonal skills should be confident & should have high energy levels.\
- Ability and experience in selling concepts and business vision.\
- Should possess strong networking & relationship building skills.\
- May have good existing channel relationships in the market.
Requirements:

- Graduate or Postgraduate degree in a relevant field.\
- At least 7 years of experience in managing stock broking business in B2B vertical.\
- Proven track record of success in team management, client relationship building, and market development.\
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.\
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.\
- Knowledge of business-related compliance and regulation.\
- Good understanding of sales and marketing principles.\
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.\
- Strong organizational and time management skills.\
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.\
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and other productivity tools.\
- Ability to travel extensively within the country.\
- Willingness to relocate to another city if required.
