Attract top talent by taking the lead in our India-based hiring strategy. This role involves sourcing exceptional tech and consulting professionals, leveraging AI tools to enhance our recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop innovative hiring approaches to identify and attract elite Product Engineering, Cloud Architecture, and Functional Consulting talent.
  • Expand existing talent pools across cities and competitor ecosystems to stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Leverage data insights and AI-powered tools to optimize recruitment productivity and efficiency.
  • Own the candidate experience by selling our company vision to top candidates and creating personalized engagement for high-demand profiles.
  • Collaborate with senior business leaders and global stakeholders to define talent needs and drive ambitious goals.
  • Lead accountability by driving and reporting on KPIs like time-to-hire, quality-of-hire, pipeline velocity, and diversity.
Requirements:
  • 10-12 years of progressive TA experience, including at least 3–4 years leading small - mid-sized hiring teams.
  • Proven success in hiring hard-to-find talent in tech / SaaS / product companies.
  • A driven mindset – persuasive, sales-oriented, and able to thrive under challenging goals.
  • Strong ability to think creatively: innovative sourcing, employer branding, digital engagement.
  • Experience using AI-based recruiting tools, market intelligence platforms, and automation to transform TA delivery.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills, able to take stakeholders and teams along while also challenging the status quo.
