The Human Resources Manager role is a critical part of our organization. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Talent Acquisition: The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to fill key positions within the company.
  • Talent Management:
    • Develop and implement talent development strategies, including succession planning and career paths, to ensure the long-term success of the organization.
    • Partner with Learning & Development to build leadership and functional capabilities that drive business results.
  • Performance & Rewards:
    • Drive a performance management culture that emphasizes accountability, outcomes, and continuous feedback to optimize employee productivity and engagement.
    • Ensure effective implementation of performance reviews to support individual and team growth.
  • Compliance:
    • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including those related to employment, labor, and benefits.
    • Closely monitor and address any disciplinary cases reported to HR in a timely and fair manner.
    • Oversee HR operations, including employee lifecycle management, HRIS usage, and policy governance, to ensure seamless day-to-day activities.

This role requires 8-12 years of experience in Human Resources Management, preferably in a similar industry or function. A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field is required.
