Lead Talent Sourcing Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Talent Sourcing Expert to join our team. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will play a critical role in identifying and attracting top talent for our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy that aligns with our business objectives.
  • Design and implement innovative sourcing strategies to identify top candidates in fintech and technology sectors.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers and business leaders to understand workforce needs and provide expert advice on talent trends and best practices.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to the leadership team on matters related to talent acquisition and management.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with external recruitment agencies, job boards, and professional networks to access a wide pool of talented candidates.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends, talent intelligence, and emerging technologies in fintech and technology sectors.
  • Develop and implement effective employer branding strategies to attract top talent and promote our organization as an employer of choice.
  • Drive strong partnerships with marketing and communications teams to amplify our employer brand and attract top candidates.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 10+ years of progressive HR/Talent Acquisition experience, with at least 5 years in leadership roles.
  • Proven track record of success in scaling hiring operations in fast-growth organizations, preferably in fintech, BFSI, or technology sectors.
  • Strong knowledge of HR systems, ATS, and recruitment analytics.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Ability to drive innovation and thought leadership in talent acquisition and management.
