Lead Finance Professional Sought

We are in search of a seasoned finance expert to spearhead our financial operations and drive strategic growth. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in financial management, accounting, and leadership.

  • Spearhead the capital structure and optimal financing options for the organization.
  • Provide strategic direction, track cash flow, and manage the accounting and finance departments.
  • Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage the accounting team on a day-to-day basis.
  • Review and ensure timely GST and TDS filing by the accounting firm.
  • Review and oversee MIS, cashflow, and vendor ledger work.
  • Business Modeling and forecasting for investors.
  • Next Quarter, Half Year, and FY planning for expenses.
  • Weekly and monthly Cash flows preparation.
  • Assist in reconciling all balance sheet and income statement accounts on a monthly/quarterly basis.
  • Assist in annual budgeting, planning process, administering, and reviewing all financial plans.
  • Ensure operational compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations for any necessary entities.
  • Managing Direct and Indirect tax compliance along with internal and external audits.
  • Managing Invoicing and processing vendor and other payments along with salaries, reimbursements.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Take responsibility for all cash management, investments, insurance, budgeting, and financial reporting.
  • Help drive the company's financial strategy and hiring needs.
  • Lead development of annual operating, capital, and program budgets, as well as reporting for the same.
  • Ensure cash flow is compatible with operations by overseeing day-to-day accounting, recording, reporting, and internal-control activities of the organization.
  • Develop and implement best practices and tools to ensure a well-controlled yet flexible organization that has strong fiscal management, project coordination, cross-team communications, and workflows.
  • Comply with national and local financial requirements by studying existing and new legislation and taking appropriate action.
  • Work with founders to efficiently develop budget proposals, provide access to project finance information, and ensure contract/grant compliance and reporting.
  • Research revenue opportunities and economic trends, analyze internal operations, and identify areas for cost reduction and process enhancement.
  • Perform risk management through analysis of company liabilities and investments, and evaluate and manage capital structure and fundraising initiatives.
  • Monitor business performance with tracking tools, establish corrective measures as needed, and prepare detailed reports for earnings calls, management team, and rest of company.
  • Manage finance personnel and oversee financial IT systems, ensuring compliance with relevant regulatory entities.
