Job Description:

Business Development Specialist

Overview:

The primary role of a business development specialist is to drive revenue growth by identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities. This involves developing and executing strategic plans to expand corporate sales revenue, building relationships with existing and potential clients, and staying up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute strategies to expand corporate sales revenue through targeted business development initiatives.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients in the region, including regular communication and relationship-building activities.
  3. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to ensure our offerings remain competitive and aligned with client needs.
  4. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to achieve sales targets and drive business results.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of fibre optics, antennas, and patch cords, with the ability to apply this knowledge in a business development context.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on achieving business objectives.
