Job Overview

As a Senior Analyst, you will play a key role in driving business growth and strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, business acumen, and excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders.

Responsibilities
  • Support the financial close process through variance analysis against budget, forecasts, prior year actuals, and key business drivers.
  • Develop and maintain standardized financial reporting packages that drive business growth and support strategic initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create data-driven presentations and analysis for quarterly business reviews (QBRs) and quarterly operating reviews (QORs).
  • Identify revenue risks and opportunities, and communicate actionable insights to senior management.
  • Apply strategic understanding of business dynamics and competitive forces to formulate mitigating strategies and drive business growth.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Chartered Accountant or CPA or MBA Finance degree.
  • Advanced knowledge and experience in all phases of financial planning and management.
  • Good knowledge of Business Intelligence tools and experience with financial systems/applications.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with ability to manage multiple activities in a condensed timeframe.
