Job Title: Director of Event Execution

At our organization, we're seeking a seasoned professional to lead all operational aspects of banqueting and catering services. This role is responsible for ensuring excellence in event execution, guest experience, productivity, and profitability.

About the Role:
  • The Director of Event Execution will oversee day-to-day operations for all banquet and catering functions, including planning, execution, and team management.
  • This individual will collaborate with sales, culinary, and service teams to deliver outstanding events.
  • Key responsibilities include developing and implementing SOPs for seamless event logistics, monitoring quality standards, guest satisfaction, and service delivery across all events and catering operations.
  • The ideal candidate will lead and mentor teams in banqueting, kitchen stewarding, and F&B, prepare and manage budgets, control costs, and drive efficiencies for maximum profitability.
  • Maintenance of compliance with health, safety, food handling, and local regulations is essential.
  • This position requires building and nurturing client relationships to maximize repeat business and event referrals.
  • The Director of Event Execution will analyze operational metrics and feedback to drive continuous improvements in processes and performance.
  • C coordination with vendors for supplies, d'cor, AV, and event needs is also required.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in hospitality, hotel management, or related field.
  • Minimum 5+ years operational leadership experience in banqueting and catering in hotels or high-volume venues.
  • Demonstrated expertise in team management, event operations, and logistical planning.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills are essential.
  • A proven track record of handling premium events and client satisfaction is required.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, event management systems, and financial controls is necessary.
