Job Title: Salesforce Developer Expert

The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in implementing Salesforce solutions, with a strong focus on customization and development using the declarative platform tools. They should possess in-depth knowledge of Apex, including developer toolkit components such as Classes, Controllers, and Triggers.

Additionally, the candidate should have substantial experience with Visual Force for SF development, SOAP and REST web services, Object-Oriented Programming languages (Java, .NET), SOQL & SOSL languages, and integration with other systems via Salesforce APIs.

A strong understanding of relational databases, data modeling, and ETL tools is also required. The candidate should be proficient in HTML/CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, and Salesforce tools like Process Builder, Visual Flows, Approval process, etc.

The ideal candidate will also possess working knowledge in SDLC process, Agile Scrum Methodology, version control software like Git, Jenkins, etc., as well as LWC, Apex, Integration, GitLab, Field Service, App Development Lifecycle knowledge & DevSecOps skills.

They should be able to demonstrate experience and knowledge of CI/CD process and tools like Git, Bitbucket, etc., and have a good understanding of Salesforce technology and different platforms.

In addition, the candidate should have data analysis skills, including interpreting data, analyzing results, identifying patterns and trends.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guide and mentor project leads on technical challenges
• Hands-on experience in Apex coding and LWC, with the ability to get into development at user story level if required
• Be part of the Salesforce CoE and contribute to reusable components, best practices, automated deployment process, and technical standardization
• Coordinate with PMs, Architects, and other internal stakeholders on project updates
• Interface with customers for project delivery needs
• Quality control on deliverables
• Take ownership of team success and failures
• Early escalations to Delivery Manager
• Assertive and delivery mindset
• Exposure to Sales Cloud and CPQ is an added advantage

Requirements:

• Salesforce Platform Developer I Certification
• 8+ years of Salesforce implementation experience
• 5+ years of exposure to Sales Cloud, CPQ
• Extensive experience with customization on the Salesforce Lightning platform using declarative platform tools
• In-depth knowledge of Apex with a strong experience of using developer toolkit including Classes, Controllers, and Triggers
• Substantial experience of using Visual Force for SF development
• Strong knowledge of SOAP and REST web services
• Practical knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming language (JAVA, .net)
• Proficiency with SOQL & SOSL languages
• Utilize Salesforce APIs to integrate with other systems used in the organization
• Proactive and willing to go above and beyond to satisfy the client and deliver on project goals
• Experience working with large data sets and bulkification
• Proficiency with HTML/CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, Salesforce tools like Process Builder, Visual Flows, Approval process, etc.
