Job Title: Salesforce Technical Expert

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Salesforce professional to lead the implementation of our Salesforce CRM system. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Salesforce Sales, Service, and Revenue Clouds, as well as experience with CPQ and Data Migration.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Drive the design and development of custom functionalities and capabilities on Salesforce Revenue Cloud and SFDC ecosystem.
  • Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to build consensus and drive business discussions through workshops with business and IT teams.
  • Develop and implement lead-to-cash processes and approval flows.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:

We are looking for someone with the following skills and qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in Salesforce CRM implementation.
  • 5+ years of experience as Technical Lead of Salesforce Sales, Service, and Revenue Clouds.
  • Hands-on experience in Lightning Web Components, Apex, Visualforce, Triggers, SOSL, SOQL, Data loaders, Reports, Dashboards, Workflows, Process Builder, Approval Process, Customizations, and Data/Metadata Migration.

**Education and Certifications:**
