Job Title: RERA Compliance Manager

Pacifica Companies seeks an experienced RERA compliance expert to oversee and manage all activities related to compliance with the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016 in Gujarat, Tamil Nadu, Telangana, and Karnataka.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle end-to-end registration of new real estate projects under respective state RERA authorities. Ensure timely submission of necessary documentation, declarations, and compliance forms as mandated by RERA. Liaise with legal, finance, and technical teams to gather required documents for RERA filings.
  • Track and update project details on the RERA portal, including timelines, milestones, and financial disclosures. Prepare quarterly/periodic updates, financial disclosures, and project status reports as per RERA norms.
  • Act as the key liaison between the company and RERA authorities. Attend hearings, respond to RERA notices, and represent the company in all RERA-related matters.
  • Maintain accurate and organized records of all RERA-related documents, approvals, certificates, and correspondences. Assist in drafting and vetting of agreements (Allotment Letters, Sale Agreements, etc.) to ensure RERA compliance.
Requirements:
  • In-depth knowledge of the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016 and applicable state rules. Strong legal acumen and documentation skills. Excellent coordination and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in using RERA portals and online submission tools. Ability to work under deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
