Compliance leadership is a critical role in ensuring organizations adhere to relevant regulations and standards. In this position, you will be responsible for developing and implementing compliance strategies that meet business objectives and regulatory requirements.

Job Overview

The Compliance Lead will lead a team of experts in creating enterprise-grade compliance benchmarks and automation solutions across multiple regulatory frameworks. This includes:

  • Developing compliance strategy and roadmaps aligned with business objectives and market demands
  • Leading cross-functional collaboration with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success teams
  • Establishing quality standards and best practices for compliance content development
Key Responsibilities
  • Spearhead the development of compliance content and ensure its alignment with business goals
  • Mentor and guide a team of 3-5 compliance content developers
  • Drive research and development of innovative compliance solutions
Requirements
  • Proven experience in Compliance Content Development within Cybersecurity, Enterprise Security, or SaaS environments (5+ years)
  • 2+ years in a leadership or senior technical role with team management responsibilities
  • Expert-level knowledge across multiple frameworks: NIST, PCI-DSS, HIPAA, STIG, GDPR, SOX, FedRAMP
Desirable Qualifications
  • Advanced proficiency in compliance automation tools and vulnerability management platforms
  • Experience with Python, PowerShell, Bash, and automation tools
  • Deep understanding of SCAP standards (OVAL, XCCDF, CPE, CVE, CCE)
