Financial Expert for Real Estate and Construction

Job Title: Financial Expert
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to manage day-to-day financial operations, compliance, and reporting in the real estate and construction industry.
The ideal candidate will have solid experience in RERA submissions, project-based accounting, taxation, and statutory compliance.
- Maintain accurate financial records, ledgers, and accounts.
- Handle accounts payable, receivable, and bank statement reconciliation.
- Manage project-wise accounting and cost allocation for construction projects.
- Prepare and file quarterly submissions and compliance reports.
- Ensure timely preparation and filing of GST, TDS, and other statutory returns.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is mandatory. 2-5 years of accounting experience in real estate/construction with hands-on experience in RERA submissions and compliance is required.
Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances is essential. Proficiency in Tally ERP/accounting software and MS Excel is necessary. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability are must-haves.
